About The Event
We come together as a healing community to celebrate the summer and the internal sun-like energy that burns within each of us. Dr. Kayla will lead a pranayama breathwork to light your fire and we will discuss foods and pratices to harness and direct Pitta energy as we blaze through the end Summer into Fall.Â
We support each other in releasing what no longer serves us. We nourish and we check in :)

Theme:
This is a 'blue moon' meaning the second full moon in a month, as well as a super moon meaning the full moon occurs when the moon is closest to our planet along its elliptical path, making it look extra big and bright. For fun, our theme is 'the blue base of the flame'.
