Healing Tool: Mantra-Meditation
At this point I don't need to convince you that meditation WORKS.
Research about mindfulness and articles exclaiming the findings are rolling out across magazine covers and through social media feeds at an incredible rate.
But, simply "learning about" meditation without practicing, is useless. Reading studies will never reveal the depth of what meditation can do for YOU personally, that can only be discovered by the individual!
Meditation is an experience.
There is no substitute.
The cool thing: Developing your practice can feel totally awesome!
How to Get Started:
Dr. Chopra offered his 21-day "Shedding the Weight: Mind-Body-Spirit" meditation for free last Spring.
